Scottish Borders Council propose to carry out carriageway resurfacing works at two locations on Galashiels Road, Stow which will have an impact on access. Despite COVID, progress is being made with the Stow pump track project.  The feasibility study is underway. Part 1 of the flood risk assessment has been completed and the flood modelling results are being used to inform the design of the pump track.
